Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, all food items, including hot sauces, are non-returnable and non-refundable.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any food products once they have been shipped or delivered.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at reynoldsranchhs@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the case and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused by the shipping carrier after the order has been dispatched.
